What are the rental rates at NAPA Lofts?

Rent varies based on square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more. Call for details.

What does rent include?

Rent covers everything (including wifi)! Some tenants may choose to setup their own wifi for higher speed access. Ask for more details!

What do I need to do to rent a loft?

Contact us today at info@napaloftsmacon.com to check on availability or schedule a tour. If a desired unit is available, the rental process starts by filling out an application (pdf download link). Pending approval, lofts are secured with an application deposit. If no lofts are available at the moment, we’ll place you on a waiting list for future openings!

How long are your lease terms?

Leases generally run for 12-month terms with annual renewals. On occasion, we can accommodate tenants with special circumstances.

What's your pet policy?

While we love animals of all sorts, we have a strict no-pets policy at NAPA Lofts.

Is parking available?

Yes! We offer free off street parking in the lot adjacent to the building and controlled access parking across the street.

Is there laundry on site?

Yes! All lofts feature in-unit laundry.

What about extra storage?

We’re currently building storage lockers that will be available for rent for an extra monthly fee. Check back soon for an update!

What if I have a maintenance issue?

We have a dedicated facilities manager on call 24/7 for all emergencies! For non-emergencies, tenants may submit work requests through the website or by calling the main office.

Is subletting allowed?

No, but we do our best to accommodate tenant needs in special circumstances.
